Over a 12-month freelance project with Real Estate Professionals Inc., I had the opportunity to build their social media and plan their strategy, build their brand presence, and attract top talent to their brokerage. Phase 1: Laying the Foundation with Basic Social Media Posts
Objective: Build a consistent and appealing social media presence.
In the initial phase, my goal was to establish momentum for Real Estate Professionals’ social platforms. This began with a focus on basic posts that showcased the brokerage, its services, and the general benefits of partnering with Real Estate Professionals. By posting regularly and maintaining visual consistency, we started gaining followers organically.

Phase 2: The Realtor Spotlight Campaign
Objective: Engage and attract realtors to join the brokerage.
Once we had built some momentum, we moved on to the Realtor Spotlight Campaign. The idea was to showcase individual realtors working with Real Estate Professionals Inc., putting a face to the names and highlighting their successes. This not only promoted realtors within the brokerage but also attracted other realtors to join the team.

- Monthly Realtor Spotlights: We highlighted top-performing realtors with engaging posts about their accomplishments.
- Top 10 Realtor of the Month and Top 5 Realtor Team campaigns, celebrating success stories and showcasing top performers.

In the later months of the project, I played a key role in marketing consultation and brand strategy development. This included creating a brand guideline to maintain consistency, structuring recruitment campaigns to attract realtors from other brokerages, and advising on ways to enhance the brokerage’s market share.
